Roses are for ever (hope 007 doesnt mind it as I am not planning a remake of the popular movie),and Uruguay pays tribute to this heritage by hosting a number of events related to roses, which would give you lots of knowledge, fragrance and feast for the eyes.

This is being done by the Uruguayan Rose Society which aimed to enhance rose love in the nation.
